An ordinary day for New York Cab driver Jimmy Tong (Jackie Chan) takes a turn for the wild when he meets a superspy and begins to wear his superpowered tuxedo. Jennifer Love Hewitt also stars as Del Blaine, a tough talking no nonsense scientist spy in this mostly forgotten comedy from 2002.
